Design
Our experienced in-house design team can assist with initial ideas to the final sketches. Whether you are an experienced designer, a design team in need of a better way to work collaboratively or just need assistance with CADs, tech packs and specification sheets, our design team can create illustrations to meet the creative demands of your vision. We also have in-house print capabilities enabling us to create unique custom prints for clients.
Sourcing
Our sourcing and technical specialists have strong links and relationships to many established fabric suppliers; they are confident at finding the best prices for each client. The team specializes in sourcing unique fabrics and trims that meet the demands of the desired garment. We take pride in working with sustainable and recyclable materials to help create a more ethical fashion future, always with a focus on quality.
Patterns & Sampling
Our highly skilled and experienced in-house pattern making team are capable of creating patterns from swimwear to detailed high-end tailoring. The close relationship between our design and pattern making team ensures that, from fashion to function, the garment is considered. An essential step in our process is the sample stage prior to starting the initial bulk production, this ensures that style, fabric and fit can all be checked and sealed during the fit process. Once a sample has been gold sealed, our pattern cutting team can draft and grade according to your requirements.
Fittings
Our in-house design and merchandisers can assist with the fittings of client samples. The team will be an integral part in having a voice in giving feedback on fits, where necessary, to ensure the perfect final product, in its fit, movement and quality. Adhering to scheduled fit times, to ensure the sessions run smoothly, is our utmost priority. Our team also has extensive experience with plus sizing.
Quality Control
Quality control (QC) is performed throughout the sourcing, sampling and manufacturing process. QC covers fabric, trims, construction, colorfastness, design and the finished garment. Our QC team will routinely select products from bulk and the quality requirements will be inspected to ensure that the promised product is seamlessly delivered to both the client and the customer.

We have strong and trusted relationships with factories specialising in a variety of areas such as jersey, knitwear, gym wear and denim. All of our factories at SEDEX audited and are regularly inspected to ensure safe practices are being complied with.
Labelling &
Packaging
Your brand specific labels and swing tags can be attached to garments, this would be carried out by our factory team. We also provide and attach care labels with all the required standardised legal information, however, we are happy for brands to use their own custom care labels as long as they provide all standardised legal information.
Our factory is responsible for completing all packing of orders and follow well established systems to ensure efficiency and organisation are top priority during this process. We offer both loose carton and pallet options depending on your needs.
Shipment &
Payment
We offer both FOB (air & sea) and landed transaction options and are flexible to work around your business requirements and preferences. When it comes to transportation, we are happy to use either sea, air or land options. Finally, in regard to payment, our terms are negotiable and differ from business to business, however, as a general rule we like to aim for a payment to be made 30 - 60 days from the invoice.
